雅思Task 1往往是很多人的”送分题”——但前提是你掌握了数据描述的专属语言。
📊 厦门灯塔威廉老师批改数据： 在我批改的50+篇雅思小作文中，超过70%的考生在第1段（overview）没有给出任何具体数据对比。结果：Task Achievement评分直接掉到6分以下。
Task 1不需要你编观点，不需要你分析原因，只需要你把数据”说清楚”。但”说清楚”这3个字，恰恰是很多人过不去的一关。
句式一：趋势描述（Trend Language）
上升表达：

最高值：

最低值：
- X bottomed out at [number].
- The lowest point was recorded in [year] at [number].
句式三：变化幅度（Degree of Change）
百分比变化：
- There was a X% increase in…
- X experienced a significant rise of Y%.
具体数值变化：
- The number rose from X to Y, an increase of Z.
- This represents a jump of Z compared to the previous year.
结构模板
一篇好的Task 1只有4段：
第1段（改写题目）： 不要抄原题，换词换结构
- “The line graph illustrates…” → “The chart provides data on…”
第2段（Overview — 最重要！）： 总体趋势，不写具体数字
- “Overall, there was a significant upward trend in…”
- “It is notable that while X showed steady growth, Y fluctuated considerably.”
第3段（细节1）： 选一个主要趋势展开 第4段（细节2）： 对比/另一个趋势
完整示范
以”某国男女运动参与率”图表为例：
The line graph illustrates the percentage of men and women who participated in regular physical exercise in Country X between 2000 and 2020.
Overall, both genders showed an upward trend over the two-decade period, although women’s participation rate consistently lagged behind men’s.
The figure for men rose steadily from 35% in 2000 to 45% in 2010, after which it surged dramatically, reaching a peak of 68% in 2020. By contrast, the female participation rate remained relatively stable at around 25% for the first decade, before climbing sharply to 42% by the end of the period.
Notably, the gender gap narrowed from 10 percentage points in 2000 to 26 points in 2020 — but narrowed proportionally, not absolutely.
避坑
❌ 自己编数据 — 在原数据上加1%都不行 ❌ 写原因 — “因为政府推出了健身计划”是Task 2的内容 ❌ 漏掉overview — 这是Task Achievement的命门
掌握这三个句式族，Task 1至少6.5起步。
