读后续写评分标准里，“情感描写”占据重要权重。但大多数学生的情感表达停留在”I was very happy”和”He felt sad”这个层次——老师看了毫无感觉。

情绪描写的三个层次
Level 1：换掉基础形容词

Level 2：用动作描写替代形容词
真正的高分作文，不是告诉读者”他很害怕”，而是用动作让读者”看到”害怕。

- ❌ 低级写法：She was very nervous before the exam.
- ✅ 高级写法：As the exam approached, her palms grew sweaty and her heart raced like a drum. She bit her lip and stared at the clock, counting every second.
Level 3：环境烘托（最高分技法）
高级的读后续写，会用环境来”暗示”人物情绪，而不是直接说出来。

动作 + 感受 + 环境 = 高分情绪段
示例（害怕场景）：
Her hands trembled as she gripped the edge of the table. (动作) A cold wave of fear rushed through her body. (感受) The room fell silent, the only sound being her own ragged breathing. (环境)
示例（喜悦场景）：
Tears of joy streamed down her cheeks as she read the letter. (动作) Waves of warmth flooded her heart, melting away all the worries she had carried for months. (感受) The world outside seemed brighter, every color more vivid than before. (环境)
考场速查表
考试时记不住那么多？只需要记住这3组万能句型：
- 心跳类：Her heart raced / pounded / leaped / sank
- 呼吸类：He gasped / held his breath / let out a sigh of relief
- 表情类：A smile spread across her face / His eyes lit up / Her face turned pale
把这3组用在续写的关键转折点上，作文分数至少上一个档次。
