“老师，我写到第三行就写不下去了。”
这是我在教学中最常听到的话之一。很多学生背了范文、记了句型、练了语法，但一到考场上面对空白答题纸，大脑也跟着空白。
更让人抓狂的是——明明题目很简单，心里也知道大概要写什么，可就是”没话写”。写了两句，就卡住了。

这个问题不是词汇量的事。问题出在”思维习惯”——中文写作是发散式的，想到哪写到哪；英语写作是展开式的，要点→解释→示例→总结。一旦切换了思维习惯，“没话写”就消失了。
破解方法一：“PEEL”段落展开法
这是英语母语学生从小学就练的写作框架。PEEL 四个字母代表：
- P (Point) — 提出观点。一句话，说明这一段你要说什么
- E (Explanation) — 展开解释。用2-3句话，详细说明你的观点
- E (Example) — 给出例子。可以是具体事例、数据、或引用
- L (Link) — 回扣主题。一句话总结，或连接到下一个观点
举个真实的中考题目：“请谈谈你对课外阅读的看法。”
很多学生会这样写：
I think reading outside class is very important. It can improve our knowledge. So we should read more books.（够简洁，但就三句话，撑不起一个段落。）
用 PEEL 展开：
P: I firmly believe that extracurricular reading plays an essential role in a student’s development. E: Through reading, we are exposed to a wide range of ideas and perspectives that textbooks alone cannot provide. More importantly, regular reading builds our vocabulary naturally and strengthens our sense of sentence structure — skills that directly translate into better writing. E (Example): For instance, a classmate of mine who read two English novels every month saw her writing score jump from 13 to 18 out of 20 in just one semester. L: Therefore, making reading a daily habit is one of the smartest investments a student can make in their English learning journey.
从3句话变成9句话，靠的不是更多的词汇，而是一个清晰的框架。
破解方法二：“5W1H 追问法”
拿到一个作文题目，在草稿纸上用5W1H逼自己回答：

| Where | 在哪里？ | We play at the school basketball court. |
| How | 它怎么影响了你？ | It has made me more confident and outgoing. |
把6个答案串成一段，你会发现你已经写了一大段了：
Basketball has been my favorite sport since primary school. What draws me to it is not just the physical exercise but the spirit of teamwork it demands. Every Friday after school, my classmates and I gather at the school court — a tradition we started back in Grade 7 and have never missed since. Beyond staying fit, basketball has shaped my personality in ways I never expected: I’ve become more confident speaking up in group settings and more comfortable making quick decisions under pressure.
这个方法最妙的地方在于——你甚至不需要在考场上真的写下所有问题。练3-5次之后，5W1H会变成一个下意识的思维习惯。
破解方法三：“对比拓展法”
当你实在想不出新话时，最省力的办法是”对比”。从正反两个角度说同一件事，秒增一倍内容。
三个常用对比角度：
对比角度1：过去 vs 现在
In the past, students relied mainly on textbooks. Today, we have access to online videos, interactive apps, and AI-powered learning tools.
对比角度2：有 vs 没有
With regular reading habits, vocabulary grows naturally and effortlessly. Without them, students often find themselves stuck at a plateau, memorizing word lists that never seem to stick.
对比角度3：表面 vs 深层
On the surface, playing video games seems like a waste of time. But deep down, many games require strategic thinking, resource management, and teamwork — skills that are surprisingly valuable in real life.
这本质上是在用”对立关系”制造内容。一旦你发现了这个套路，任何话题都能从至少两个角度去看，每个角度都能写2-3句话。
考场上 3 分钟急救法
如果你在考场上真的卡住了，面前只有半页空白——先别慌。做这三步：
第1步：在草稿纸上列3个关键词。 只列你马上能想到的，不用管顺序。比如题目是”介绍你的家乡”，写下：food, people, weather。
第2步：每个词旁边写一句。 food → The local noodles are famous. people → People here are warm and helpful. weather → It’s mild all year round.
第3步：用”because”扩展每句话。 加上原因或解释：
- The local noodles are famous because they use a recipe that has been passed down for over 100 years.
- People here are warm and helpful because the community has a strong tradition of looking after one another.
- The weather is mild all year round because we’re located near the coast, where the ocean keeps temperatures steady.
三句话就变成了六句话。加上一个简短的开头和结尾，一篇完整的作文已经出来了。
最重要的底层心态
“没话写”往往不是能力问题，而是标准问题。很多学生觉得”必须写出高深的观点才配得上这篇作文”，于是越写越不敢写。
我常跟学生说一句话：考试作文不是在考你的思想深度，是在考你的语言表达能力。 把简单的想法说清楚、说完整、说流畅——这就是高分。
所以，别怕观点”低级”。一个简单的观点，加上 PEEL 的框架、5W1H 的细节、对比的层次——就是一篇扎实的考场作文。
